1) Newton. Newton’s Laws of Dynamics.
- Do FOCUS ON VOCABULARY.
- Read the text «Isaac Newton», write down new words in your vocabulary list and pick out information: a) of primary importance; b) new to you. Do Focus on Reading (exercises II-IV).
- Do FOCUS ON LISTENING. Do the QUIZ: Biography of Newton to check your understanding.
- Do the Task: Isaac Newton.
2) Phrasal Verbs.
Study the theoretical material on Phrasal Verbs: Form and Meaning and do exercises 1-4

- Read the text «The Nobel Prize», about the Nobel Prize and say in what fields it is awarded. Do Focus on Reading (exercises II-V).
- Do the Task: Alfred Nobel Rests in Peace.
- Watch the videos «Alfred Nobel. Biography», «Alfred Nobel and the Nobel Prize», take notes on the key information and do the QUIZ: Albert Bernhard Nobel and the Nobel Prizes.
2) Phrasal Verbs.
Study the theoretical material on Phrasal Verbs: Grammar and Style and do exercises 1-5.
