In recent years a lot of attention has been paid to language teacher training in Belarus. Language teacher training in Belarus is carried out in linguistic colleges and at Universities. The main higher educational establishments that specialize in training language teachers are the Belarusian State University (the Faculty of Philology), the Belarusian State Pedagogical University (the Faculty of Philology) and Minsk State Linguistic University which is the leading educational center for language teacher training in Belarus.

Правило согласования времен заключается в том, что если в сложноподчиненном предложении глагол главного предложения стоит в одном из прошедших времен (чаще всего в Past Simple), то и глагол придаточного предложения должен стоять в одном из прошедших времен или во времени Future in the Past.
