Аннотация. В статье рассматривается проблема использования непрерывного музыкального образования для реализации целей устойчивого развития общества, выдвигается концепция непрерывного образования, основанная на приоритете эмоционального постижения музыкального искусства и особенностях полисубъектного взаимодействия, предъявляется модель исследуемого процесса, обеспечивающая актуализацию ценностей устойчивого развития социума.

Annotation. The article deals with the problem of using continuous music education to realize the goals of sustainable development of society, advances the concept of continuous education based on the priority of emotional comprehension of musical art and features of polysubject interaction, presents a model of the process being studied, ensuring the actualization of the values of the sustainable development of society.

Summary. In article the essence of the multicultural interaction is determined on the basis of the methodological role of dialogue/polylogue; it is proved the influence of the social context on the formation and development of musical abilities of a person; the differences in the social context of multicultural interaction in the sphere of the music education of the PRC and RB have been determined; the recommendations have been developed for improving the program and methodological support of the music education in the context of multicultural interaction.

Summary. The existence and dynamics of the polysubject development are caused by the interaction between real subjects and imaginary quasi-objects in the musical information field. Cognitive, communicative and regulatory functions are inherent in a musical work as a quasi-subject. The manifestation of levels of polysubject interaction has its own specifics in the music-educational process. The research conducted in China and Belarus revealed factors that impede positive polysubject interactions: internal (psychological problems of the learner's personality, problems of the teacher's pedagogical system) and external (problems of the organization of the teaching and upbringing process).

Reveals specification content, scientific and methodological support of the training of teachers of educational art. The principles of competence approach: general training for professional and specific training of teachers of music and fine arts. In conclusion, attention is drawn to the importance of the individual high school teacher and prospective economic outcome.

Summary. Musical and pedagogical process is an inseparable unity of training-musical and musical-pedagogical activities. Therefore, it can be considered as a complex system which is developing in coordination. A developing personality of the professional is active and functional. It shows its ability to multivariant approach of actions (directions-vectors of activity), behaviour, types of communication and reflections. Self-development of this system can be carried out at appearance of fluctuations, leading to instability and non-equilibrium. The internal conditionality of the development and self-development of the system replaces the rigid determination with the probabilistic relations, which require the application and use of the problem and situational form of training and stochastic technologies in the educational process.
